Starting August 1st. We have A LOT of new changes for you! Prices have changed. Most of them look higher because we have added some things to every service and our prices now reflect the cost of tax included. Where as before the prices showed before tax. To also help everyone with the changes of prices we now offer A LOT of opportunities to get discounts!! So I encourage you to check out our discount page!
We do not do full-service grooming for cats
These are just a few of the services we offer. Refer to the "Services" tab at the top or "Learn More" to view more information. All services require paper proof of the rabies vaccination for dogs 4 months and older. Under 4 months require the first 2 distemper. Please wait 24 hours after getting shots to make an appt as some dogs have reactions. If your pet is on any calming or blood thinning medications, we need to see a vet's approval for grooming. We HIGHLY recommend that a puppy under 4 months gets just a bath with face, feet, and fanny instead of a full haircut to get them used to the process. Pricing depends on Breed, Size, and Coat Condition. Appointments required for full-service grooms. *If you "no show" (do not show up to an appointment or cancel appointment within 24 hours of appointment) to an appt. multiple times, you will be required to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit.

I am the owner of Fur the Love of Pets. When the salon opened in 2021, I wanted to really make sure we proved a safe calm environment. I started my grooming passion in 2012. I did move away from grooming for a few year when I went to proceed with becoming a CNA and specialized more on people with Alzheimer . Which has taught me a lot of patients and understanding that when there is a communication barrier it can make someone feel very venerable and they can lash out. Just like our loved pets during grooming, unable to communicate how nervous they really are and they may lash out. So I truly strive on keeping a calm and safe environment for all my employees and clients and their pets.
On my free time I enjoy doing home reinnervations with my fiancé. I also love going to hikes and adventures with my kids and dogs.
I have a love of poodles and poodle mixes but I also love working with all the breeds out there and I am always ready for a new challenge and new skill to learn with my grooming!

I joined Fur the Love of Pets in 2022!
I have been grooming from 2012 to 2017 and 2022 to present. It was not the path I originally saw myself doing but it is something that I could not stay away from!
I love working with Cocker Spaniels, Huskies and Australian Shepherds. I have specialized with working with the "difficult" dogs and providing a quick, calm, and as stress free as I can grooming experience.
In my spare time, I love to spend time with my family and travel and explore new places on my motorcycle. I often go out fishing and explore new hiking spots. My family and I also really enjoy dirt biking and 4-wheeling and snow boarding. I have a huge creative side to me and love to make things on my 3D printer, like items for homemade costumes for the renaissance festival. When I am not doing that stuff, I like to relax and read a good book.

I joined the grooming team May 2026
I started grooming in 2016. I started as a bather to make some extra money while waiting for my collage classes to start. I have always had a passion for dogs sense being a young kid. So when I started as a bather, I continued my grooming training because it felt like it was just meant to be. I strive on spreading my grooming knowledge to help keep pets comfortable during grooming and to keep owners active and informed in their own pets grooming experiences.
I especially love grooming Shih Tzus, Bichons and doing all the fluffy doodle cuts.
I've always had a creative side to me as on my free time I like to paint with watercolor and paint abstract oil paintings. You may also find me out shopping with friends for cute unique knit knacks to add to my collection!

I started with Fur the Love of Pets in May of 2026.
I started my grooming journey in 2021 after fostering a dog who needed help becoming comfortable with handling. What began as a way to help one dog quickly turned into a passion for working with animals, and I haven't looked back since. I love that grooming gives me the chance to build trust with each dog, help them feel safe and cared for, and make them look and feel their best.
Outside of the salon, I enjoy spending time with my family- my toddler and teenager certainly keep life busy! In my free time, you'll often find me reading, birdwatching, or exploring scenic trails. I also enjoy training my own dog and have earned one AKC Trick Dog title, while also participating in Scent Work, Barn Hunt, Agility, and Obedience Rally.
My experience with dog training has given me a greater appreciation for each dog's unique personality and comfort level. I strive to make every grooming appointment as positive, patient, and stress-free as possible, so both pets and their owners leave feeling happy!
